At TG Support Bot, safeguarding the data of both our clients and their end-users is our highest priority. Because our platform processes customer support interactions, we adhere to strict data minimization and security protocols.

1. Data Collection

We collect information strictly necessary to provide the service:

  • Account Data: Your name, business email, and billing information (processed securely by Stripe).
  • Bot Configuration: The Telegram Bot API tokens you provide to link your bot to our dashboard.
  • Message Data: Text, media, and metadata sent by users to your connected Telegram bot. This data is temporarily processed to display within your dashboard inbox.

2. API Data Handling

All data transmitted between Telegram's servers, TG Support Bot's servers, and your browser is encrypted using TLS. We act as a data processor. Message data is routed via Webhooks. You maintain ownership of the conversation history, and we do not scan, mine, or sell the contents of your customer support chats for advertising purposes.

3. Cookies

We utilize cookies to maintain secure login sessions on the dashboard and to remember your preferences (such as accepting our cookie policy). We also use aggregated, anonymized analytics cookies to understand how our website is used. You can view our detailed Cookie Policy here.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell user data. Information is only shared with trusted third-party sub-processors necessary for operations, including our cloud hosting providers and payment gateways. If you utilize the ChatGPT integration feature (available on Pro/Business plans), relevant message prompts are securely passed to OpenAI's API solely for the purpose of generating automated replies, subject to OpenAI's enterprise privacy terms.

5. User Rights and GDPR Compliance

We are fully compliant with GDPR and CCPA regulations. You have the right to request a complete export of your account data, or to request permanent deletion (the "Right to be Forgotten"). Deleting your TG Support Bot account will sever the webhook connection and permanently purge your chat inbox history from our servers.
