1. Service Description

TG Support Bot provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed to interface with the official Telegram Bot API. Our service allows businesses to manage, route, and automate customer support conversations originating from the Telegram messaging network through a unified web dashboard.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

By registering for and utilizing TG Support Bot, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful customer service and operational communication. You are explicitly prohibited from using our infrastructure to:

  • Distribute unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to users who have not initiated contact or opted-in.
  • Facilitate illegal transactions, distribute malware, or engage in phishing operations.
  • Impersonate official Telegram staff or other businesses.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to Telegram's trust and safety team.

3. API Usage Policy

TG Support Bot facilitates connection to the official Telegram Bot API. Users must adhere to all rate limits and policies set forth by Telegram. While TG Support Bot handles webhooks and message routing, we are not responsible for bot token revocation by Telegram due to TOS violations on your end.

4. Account Rules

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your TG Support Bot dashboard credentials and the Telegram API tokens you upload to our system. Do not share your API tokens publicly. TG Support Bot will never ask for your personal Telegram account password; we only require the token generated by BotFather.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro and Business subscriptions. If you find the service does not meet your operational needs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

6. Disclaimer

TG Support Bot is an independent software tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Telegram FZ-LLC. We provide the dashboard "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for business losses incurred due to temporary API outages, Telegram network downtime, or misconfiguration of the bot by the user.
